The onsen experience was truly soothing and unforgettable.

I was really frustrated with the room I received, as it didn't match the description I had booked. The view of Mount Fuji was completely obstructed by a neighboring building, and I couldn't take the morning pictures I had planned for my birthday. Plus, the location felt isolated and was inconvenient for exploring the area without a car.

The onsen was so soothing, but the room was way too small for comfort.

The reasons I’m conflicted

The hospitality was great staff made every effort to accommodate us even with language barriers. Stunning views of Fuji San from the lounge area made mornings unforgettable.

Limited options for dinner nearby left us scrambling for meals. It’s quite a trek to reach the main parts of town on foot.

What a delightful stay! The onsen was serene, allowing for a peaceful soak at midnight. Breakfast included fresh and healthy options with a great selection. The staff were very kind, providing impeccable service and thoughtful recommendations.

However, the location is somewhat distant from the town center, making access to local attractions a bit challenging, and the bathroom felt cramped. While the room was generally clean and well-maintained, sound insulation could be improved for a more tranquil experience.
