The onsen experience was truly soothing and unforgettable.
I was really frustrated with the room I received, as it didn't match the description I had booked. The view of Mount Fuji was completely obstructed by a neighboring building, and I couldn't take the morning pictures I had planned for my birthday. Plus, the location felt isolated and was inconvenient for exploring the area without a car.

The reasons I’m conflicted
The hospitality was great staff made every effort to accommodate us even with language barriers. Stunning views of Fuji San from the lounge area made mornings unforgettable.
Limited options for dinner nearby left us scrambling for meals. It’s quite a trek to reach the main parts of town on foot.

Compact yet functional room layout with essential amenities for a family stay.
The property is a bit remote from Kawaguchiko station, making transportation a hassle especially without a shuttle service. the limited English communication could pose challenges for some travelers.

The room was immaculate with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji,, and the in-house onsen was a lovely touch after exploring the area. Staff went above and beyond, even arranging taxis when needed. Breakfast selections were always fresh and inviting.
However, I found the location a bit isolated,, making evening meals a challenge as options were limited nearby.

The organic breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring tasty square hamburgers alongside other appealing dishes. Views of Mount Fuji from the window made for a picturesque setting. However, the location is somewhat distant from the town center, making access to local attractions a bit challenging, and the bathroom felt cramped. While the room was generally clean and well-maintained, sound insulation could be improved for a more tranquil experience.
