I was at a place where they wouldn't let me in my room for hours in the middle of the day. During check-out, I practically had to tiptoe out of there like I was late for a curfew that wasn't mine! No one in the lobby wanted to chat, they just handed me cards like they were playing poker. And breakfast? Let's just say I now have a newfound love for seaweed soup. Cheers to a memorable stay!

Sensational breakfast - 3 star level. Double room with Wi-Fi access and free beverage in the evening plus water or Wi-Fi access. Very good building, good location really close to FUJIQ Highland amusement park as well as restaurants.

I can't rave enough about the stellar service and eco-friendly vibe at this place, plus the breathtaking views of Mount Fuji from my room were just out of this world! The onsen was such a fantastic way to unwind, and the drink bar really added a nice touch to our evenings. Just a minor hitch, the breakfast spread could use a bit more variety for those with dietary restrictions, but it didn’t dampen our amazing stay! 🌟

The hotel has a great location, right next to a supermarket and restaurants. the room was comfortable and they provided free beverages in the evening.

The hotel was great, liked mountain view from our a double room. The room we had included climate control, TV set and a refrigerator. The staff was really helpful, helped with every request. Location: the property was near to the lake and surroundings. We found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Saika that is only 15 minutes' walk away. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel...

Staying at the Super was a delight! the onsen was modern and open late, while the breakfast was consistently delicious. I enjoyed the variety of pillows available and appreciated the spaciousness of the room, especially while traveling without luggage. the location was convenient with nearby restaurants and a 7-11. If you're lucky, you might catch a stunning view of Mt. Fuji from your room.
